Delivery Times
The delivery will be effected within 2-7 working days after we received the payment.
Shipping
We deliver our items only to Italy, Germany, Austria and France.
Shipping Costs
The shipping costs are € 4,50 (VAT incl.) to all destinations within Italy. International shipment will cost € 9,90 per delivery.
Collection by the Customer
You want to save money? Get your order directly here in Bolzano. Once you have chosen your products, during the payment-process you can choose "Collection by the Customer" and the delivery costs will be deleted from your order. As soon us your order is ready, we will send you an email and you can come to pick up your purchase.
Business hours:
Monday - Thursday from 8:00 to 17:00
Friday from 8:00 to 14:00 (later possible by request)
Payment
You have two payment methods you can choose from. Either your transfer the amount directly to our bank account via "Bank Transfer" (indicate the order nr. as reference) or pay quickly with PayPal.
